What is it about wide leg pants that always make you look good whether you’re 33 or 2 years old? As you can see, we’re fans of them here.

If it was up to me, I would live in a white t-shirt during summer. It’s so light and you can make it work with just about anything – a fancy circle skirt, denim cutoffs or even colorful wide leg pants. First, I saw these little wide leg pants in Target for Maizah and could not pull myself together. How cute are these? They’re kinda denim, kinda pants, which for a toddler is ideal because she always has to run. (This shoot included.) They have this little dot pattern on it, which is so darling yet subtle. While I love little girls’ clothes, certainly colors and prints can get kind of gimmicky and/or cheesy. These did not do that, but were still so cute AND age appropriate which is why I love them so much.
Her shirt is white, but the texture added some personality to her look. While a plain t-shirt worked for me, on Maizah, I thought it would come up looking more like a onesie which she doesn’t wear anymore because she’s “a big girl.” She won’t let you forget that.
These Mara Hoffman pants are a complete and total win. The stripes, the colors, they just make a statement that you can’t ignore especially when you let them reign supreme. With pants like these, you don’t have to do much. They’ll really do all the heavy lifting. To follow Maizah’s lead, I kept things casual with some gladiator sandals (Target has some good ones you guys!) and a white tee. Mirrored sunnies are a staple if you ask me, and as you can see, Maizah wanted some of them herself. Ha!
